About the job

Your main objective will be (1) to deliver quality service and well maintained facility to coworkers and colivers of Seedspace and (2) to build a pipeline of investment-ready startups.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

• You will be the main contact person for walk-ins, deliveries and Seedspace members.

• Coordinate the member relationships (point of contact).

• Manage guests check-in, check-out, respond messages and follow procedures.

• Promote the space and community using various means and tools (e.g. social media) to attract new users and facilitate tours of the space.

• Keep platform listings updated, respond inquires, make sure the rooms are ready and meet the quality standards.

• Support the Community Manager with the execution and hosting of events in space.

• All necessary paperwork for Seedspace operations, such as invoices, reports and etc.

• Promote the IRP program to attract new members.

• Coordinate with General Manager to deliver all activities related to IRP including social events, training and mentorship.

Your profile:

• You are a young professional / entrepreneur

• Strong operational and business development background

• Experience creating and managing programs / events

• Business / hospitality experience and / or qualification preferred
